Return and Refund Policy

  • All our products are original, new and with warranty directly from our suppliers. Your complete satisfaction is our commitment, if there any problems happen,please let us know,we'll deal with it.

    In all the cases which are described below, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and must be returned in exactly the same condition as that we send to you.

    In addition, once we receive the product, we will check to make sure that it was not used and is in good condition.

    The cases and conditions:

  • 1.I do not like the item and want to return

    After you finished payment,you regret,it's OK.Please inform us.We return your money immediately.Please attention,here must be item not shipped.If item shipped,the shipping cost alreally exsit,here we DO NOT accept return.Please do not refusal to express when they sent to you,or they will charge you a lot for return the item.If you dont like it when a frew time's treatment,here we sell personal care products,for sanitary consideration,we DO NOT accept that kind of return.So please ask us question to make sure you know well about the item you interesting.Other not personal care products,you want return,it's ok,we ACCEPT that the returned product. In this case, the delivery cost and taxes will be paid by you. The delivery cost depends on the product and its weight. You can refer the cost of shipping in the order you submitted.Item must be returned in its original packaging, and then be packed in a suitable and safe packing. Once the item is returned back, we will check to make sure it has not been used and is in good condition. If any item you received when purchasing is found to be missing for inspection, you will have to pay for it in full.

  • Attention that customized products can not be returned.Because we can not sell to other customer.
  • 2.Short delivery and damage to the packaging received

    When the shipping company delivers you the product, it is very important to check if it is damaged when delivery.

    Please count the pieces that you are receiving and if there is any damage to the packaging. If the number of boxes you receive is different from the number of parts on the delivery , DO NOT accept the packaging.

    If the packaging is damaged, DO NOT accept the packaging, or Note Damage to PACKAGING on the delivery note next to your signature.

    To sign the delivery note means that you have checked the product you received is in good condition and do not miss any part .

    Please contact us as soon as possible if there are problems at the time of delivery.

  • 3.I have received a wrong item

    In the event of you receiving an item that is different from what you ordered, we will arrange to exchange it  for free. Item must be returned in its original packaging, and then be packed in a suitable and safe packing. Please note that the item must be available for return within 24 hours letting us know that is not correct.

    Once the item is returned back, we will check to make sure it has not been used and is in good condition. If any item you received when purchasing is found to be missing for inspection, you will have to pay for it in full.
